ALUCAT® Cabin models
Our boats are available with several cabin configurations, including fully enclosed, semi‑open, and completely open solutions. Cabin sizes range from two‑person cabins up to cabins for as many as 12 people. A wide selection of optional equipment is available for the cabins, alongside comprehensive standard features. All enclosed cabin models are designed for year‑round use and include both air conditioning and heating, while semi‑open versions can be equipped with various weather protection solutions.
The names of our cabin models are based on abbreviations that describe the cabin size and intended use. Below is a list of the model names and their meanings.
CHOOSING THE RIGHT CABIN
When choosing a cabin, it is important to consider the intended use – is fast mobility a priority, do you need weather protection, or is the cabin intended for year‑round operation? For our smaller boat models, semi‑open and more compact cabin sizes are available, while our largest models can be equipped with cabins for up to 12 people. If you require ample space for working, break or rest areas, or facilities such as a toilet, a larger cabin size (for example CABIN6 and above) is recommended. For applications such as fishing or light work duties, semi‑open cabin models with weather protection are an excellent option. Our design department supports you in selecting the most suitable cabin model and can prepare drawings of your desired cabin when needed. Each of our cabin models is fully customizable to your needs.
OPEN AND SEMI‑OPEN CONSOLES
Our range includes several open and semi‑open console models suitable for different applications. Open models can also be customized according to the intended use. Open steering console solutions are particularly popular in our small and medium‑sized boat series (W6–W14). The listings below provide more detailed information about the consoles, along with example images from various operating environments.
CC – Central Console. A single‑person steering console typically located in the center of the boat, but it can also be positioned in the bow or at the stern. This steering console is especially popular in our smaller boat models, for example in fishing applications.
DC – Double Console. A two‑person steering console located in the center of the boat. An excellent choice for both private and professional authority use.
SC – Side Console. Single‑person consoles located on both sides of the boat. One functions as the steering console, while the other is designed as an auxiliary or work table.
DC WORK – Double Console for professional use. A two‑person steering console.
DC WORK FOLDABLE – A two‑person steering console with a foldable upper section.
DC Top – A two‑person steering console with a foldable upper section and a lockable roof. Both the roof and the upper section can be folded down when needed. The roof section can be equipped with a weather‑protective canvas.
CABIN & CAB SERIES
Our CABIN and CAB cabin ranges include fully enclosed cabin models. The cabins provide effective protection from the elements and enable year‑round operation of the boats. Each cabin is fully customizable for its intended use. The number following each cabin model indicates how many people the cabin comfortably accommodates (for example, CABIN2 – the cabin accommodates two people). Larger cabin models can also include dedicated workspaces, rest and break areas, or facilities such as a toilet.
The CAB cabin series is designed especially for heavy professional use, and the cabins are sound‑insulated and structurally isolated from the hull using rubber mounts.
